Something about us...
Cuci e Scuci is the tailoring of Casa della Mamma, the non-profit organization that has been welcoming young mothers in difficulty since 1969 with the aim of supporting them while they raise their children. CUCI E SCUCI is a project by Cristina Guerra (a lawyer who has always been active in Casa della Mamma) and Lucia di Mauro (who heads the Onlus) to offer guest mothers the opportunity to learn a trade and enter the world of work: a creative workshop that creates beautiful, useful and quality objects by hand and hand with heart and passion.
How was your brand born?
It was born from the strong passion that unites us and that led us to create a social enterprise that trains young mothers in difficulty by offering them the opportunity to learn a trade. A project that blends creativity and commitment to create unique pieces made with quality materials.
