Shipping policies and costs

All orders are shipped from Italy in about 3 \ 4 working days. The shipment of the goods may take longer if you want a personalized piece (eg different color, different leather or engravings). Please contact us at  info@mycupoftea.it  to know the exact production times of the craftsman. As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and you will be able to track your order.

The order containing multiple items from different craftsmen (mixed orders) could be delivered in multiple solutions, as the products are shipped directly and individually by the craftsman.

In Italy the cost of shipping is free for orders over € 50 from the same craftsman / brand.

In Italy the cost of shipping for orders below € 50 is € 6.

In Europe the cost of shipping is € 20.

In extra-Europe the cost of shipping is € 40.

Return Policies

Mycupoftea accepts return requests made within 14 days of receiving the order.

Only items in perfect condition, unwashed, undamaged, without signs of use, and packed in their original packaging are accepted for refund.

Please note that personalized products cannot be returned.

The refund will be made, within 10 working days, on the payment method used when placing the order.

Mycupoftea reserves the right to request photographic support for defective or incorrect goods before authorizing a return.
